Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
Food and beverages are NOT allowed in the Black Box Theater.
Flash photography and video recording are prohibited.
Audience members disturbing the performance through talking, use of technology, or other behaviors found distracting to actors or fellow audience members will be asked to exit the theater.
Patrons observed not following safety protocols will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (East Lincoln on Stage).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
